Decree on the list of authorities and organizations responsible for the implementation of adaptation measures and the content and form of reports on implemented adaptation measures to changing climate conditions.

This Decree establishes the list of authorities and organizations responsible for the implementation of adaptation measures contained in the Climate Change Adaptation Program, as well as for the development and implementation of public policy documents in the sectors that are most affected by climate change and planning documents of the autonomous province and local self-government unit, and the content and form of reports on related implemented adaptation measures, as well as phenomena such as floods, extreme temperatures, droughts and their consequences.
The list of these authorities and organizations responsible for implementing adaptation measures is given in the Annex 1. The report on implemented adaptation measures contained in the Adaptation Program to changed climate conditions, as well as phenomena such as floods, extreme temperatures, droughts and others and their consequences shall contain the following elements: 1) general information about the body or organization submitting the report; 2) name of the specific objectives and measures, names of the bodies or organizations responsible for implementing measures, names of the indicators and their initial, target and achieved values; 3) an overview of the implemented activities; 4) data on phenomena such as floods, extreme temperatures, droughts and others and their consequences; 5) data on the developed public policy documents in the sectors most affected by climate change, which contain an overview of the objectives of the Adaptation Program, which were taken into account when developing the public policy document in the sectors most affected by climate change; 6) data on the prepared planning documents of the autonomous province and the local self-government unit containing an overview of the objectives of the Adaptation Program that were taken into account when preparing the planning documents of the autonomous province and the local self-government unit. These specific reports shall be submitted on the form provided in the Annex 2. The bodies and organizations listed in this text are here obliged to submit to the Ministry of Environmental Protection - Environmental Protection Agency these reports by 15 March of the current year for the previous year, starting in the year 2025, except for data on the quantity of wood volume of forest fires and data on their economic value, which shall be submitted starting from the year 2026.
