Decree on mandatory elements of the development plan of the autonomous province and local self-government unit.

This Decree, as in accordance with the Serbian Law on planning system of the Republic of Serbia, regulates the obligatory elements of the development plan for autonomous provinces and units of local self-government. The development plan of autonomous provinces and/or of local self-government units shall contain the following mandatory elements: 1. introduction; 2) review and analysis of the current situation; 3) vision; 4) priority development goals; 5) review and description of measures for achieving priority development goals; 6) manner of implementation and manner of monitoring over the effective implementation of development plans.
