Law on agricultural advisory and professional activities.

This Law regulates the conditions and manner of performing advisory and professional affairs in the field of agriculture.
This text further sets out issues necessary for governing over the Register of agricultural advisers, training and improvement of agricultural advisers and agricultural planning, advisory business development planning in agriculture, as well as other general issues of importance for advisory work in agriculture, as regards the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Agricultural advisory jobs are done to raise the general level of knowledge and awareness of farmers, by increasing competitiveness and modernization of agricultural production, also aimed at increasing the overall production profitability and product quality, introduction of production of health-safe food, encouraging interest association of agricultural producers, conservation of natural resources, protection of life and environment and improving the living conditions and culture of rural life, and so offering the rural development encouragement.
