Abstract
This Law amends various articles provided by the Environmental Protection Law (Official Gazette 135/2004, 36/2009, 36/2009, 72/2009 and 43/2011).
Major changes are related to the general terms, denominations and definitions; polluters sanctioning principles; transport of specimens of wild flora and fauna; Serbian standards for environmental management; National Register of pollution sources; certain financing issues and other administrative provisions.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", except for the provisions of articles 22 and 23 which will apply on 1 January 2017.
