Abstract
This Law amends several provisions brought by the Serbian Law on agricultural land (Official Gazette 62/2006, 65/2008, 41/2009 and 112/2015).
Changes are related to issues regarding the turnover of agricultural land in state ownership; agricultural land in private ownership; and specific provisions governing the right to purchase and use the agricultural land.
