Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions prescribed by the Law on agriculture and rural development (Official Gazette 41/09 and 10/13)
Significant changes are related to the direct references of financial support plans and instruments (European Union, IPARD Rural development programme); FADN system that includes the implementation of annual research and collection of data on structure, production, revenues and expenditures of agricultural holdings present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; and some offences and consequential penalties (article 42 of the original text).
