Abstract
This Law amends certain articles part of the Law on integrated prevention and control of environmental pollution (Official Gazette 135/2004).
Important changes are related to the measurements of environmental pollution in accordance with prescribed allowable values; terms for the application of the Law; obligations of the operator of the existing plant/facility and the competent authority and harmonization of certain industries.
