Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on the navigation and inland waterways (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 73/2010, 121/2012, 18/2015 and 96/2015)
Changes are related to the provisions defining the technical maintenance of waterways (planning and execution of tasks such as hydrographic measurements, hydrotechnical works, waterway markings, as well installation, maintenance and provision of proper functioning of navigation safety facilities, articles 13, 14 and 15); conditions for the permanence of foreign vessels (article 22); granting of consent and approval for the construction of water facilities (article 37); and several offences and penalty provisions.
