Abstract
This Law amends, adds and cancels several provisions of the Law on plant nutrition products and soil enhancers (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 41/2009).
Changes are related to contents of article 8, regarding the entry into the Register of plant nutrition product importers and distributors, and exceptions from such registration from article 20; issues of article 12 setting the list of public interest tasks; article 13 that treats the reference laboratories and related standards; import conditions (article 32); and several inspection and penalty provisions.
