Abstract
This Law amends many articles provided by the Law on tobacco (Official Gazette 101/2005, 90/2007, 95/2010, 36/2011 and 93/2012).
Important changes are related to the Register of Tobacco Producers; tobacco producer rules and registration issues; tobacco processor’s obligations; obligations of importers of tobacco and of tobacco products; rights and duties of phytosanitary inspectors; agricultural inspection provisions; and offences and penalties.
