Law amending the Water Law.

This Law amends certain parts of the Water Law (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 30/2010 and amended in the Gazette 93/2012 and 101/2016).
Changes are related to the added provisions on water concessions, related financial and fee issues, land use and water rights, also as regards the public or state owned land (article 10); updated waterworks issues and necessary conditions (article 115); facilities, works and planning documents for which water conditions are issued (article 117); cancellation of public water land in terms of water right in article 150; added provisions on the obligation to pay water fees (article 195); obligations of the public water management institution (see article 11 of this amending text); and 31 December 2019 as official deadline for determining the water boundaries of autonomous or local government units on the national territory.
