Abstract
This Law here regulates the necessary aims and contents, forms and planning, types and procedures of general inspection supervision, including the powers and obligations of participants in such inspection control tasks (also environment, plants, animals and other sectors, not meant for food governed by special Laws).
This Law further determines that the inspection supervision is a state administration responsibility, carried out by state administration bodies, autonomous province bodies and local self-government units, with the aim of: ensuring the lawfulness and preventive safety measures, imposition of supervisions actions, prevention or elimination of various types of harmful effects or misbehaviors.
This Law also provides for various types of penalty provisions, see Chapter VII.
