Law on National Parks.

This Law defines that areas with special natural values and characteristics of ecological, scientific, cultural, educational and health and recreational importance will be placed, as common goods of great interest, under the state protection as a national park (part of the Serbian national parks, including mapping and location issues, management and conservation provisions, inspection and monitoring provisions, and offences and related penalties).
The Law is divided into VI Chapters and 41 articles, including the offences and penalties.
