This Law officially ratifies the provisions contained in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of humanitarian emergency response, prevention of elementary disasters and technogenic accidents and elimination of their consequences (signed in Belgrade, Serbia on 20 October 2009).
