Abstract
This Law hereby defines many issues and regulates the process of reconstruction (evaluation, treatment and restoration of the damage) and assistance to citizens and businesses who have suffered property damage due to natural and other disasters on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Law is divided into III Chapters and 37 articles, including financing provisions.
