Abstract
This Regulation defines the activities that may have an impact on the environment.
These activities are divided into two groups: a) activities that have to be controlled and approved because of their effective environmental impact; b) activities and projects that can be controlled in order to prevent negative effects on environmental goods and nature.
Proper institutions and commissions are in charge of controlling, authorizing and eventual fees charge.
