Abstract
This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure of leasing and the use of state-owned agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 10/2017, and last amended-consolidated in the Gazette 25/2020).
Changes, manly in terms of procedural matters, are regarding the contents of articles 4, 7, 13, 22, 24, 25, 26 (paragraphs 5 and 6 are now canceled), 27, 28, 31, and 33. This Regulation further amends the Annex (1), which is here replaced with a new one, attached to this publication (containing the coefficient calculation table for domestic animals).
