Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the conditions and method of exercising the right to incentives in animal husbandry for fattening beef, fattening pigs, fattening lambs and fattening goats.

This Regulation here amends and adds certain contents part of the Regulation on the conditions and method of exercising the right to incentives in animal husbandry for fattening beef, fattening pigs, fattening lambs and fattening goats (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 32/2023). Changes are regarding the provisions of article 2 (setting rules on rights to incentives that shall be exercised by a legal entity, an entrepreneur and an individual person – holder of a commercial family farm); article 4 and 5 (setting procedural application issues, electronic application-request specific indications, necessary certification, ect).
