Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the conditions and method of exercising the right to incentives in animal husbandry for fattening beef, fattening pigs, fattening lambs and fattening goats.

This Regulation amends and adds certain contents part of the Regulation on the conditions and method of exercising the right to incentives in animal husbandry for fattening beef, fattening pigs, fattening lambs and fattening goats (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 32/2023 and already amended in Gazettes 18/2024 and 24/2024). Changes are regarding the provisions of article 2 (detailed indications on authorized holders of incentives), article 3 (added provisions on procedural measures for grant of incentives) and article 5 (request procedure and administrative matters).
