Regulation amending the Regulation on the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives for organic plant production.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives for organic plant production (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 60/2023). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (setting updated eligibility user definitions and terms), article 4 (specific terms on technical and spatial requirements of eligible incentive users), article 7 (updated terms related to electronic form of the request for exercising the right to incentives), and article 16 (here setting new highest total amount of incentives that a beneficiary can receive in one calendar year).
