Regulation amending the Regulation on the conditions and procedure of leasing and the use of state-owned agricultural land.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure of leasing and the use of state-owned agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 16/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 111/2017 and 18/2019).
Changes are related to the modified terms of article 2 (setting official definitions and means); conditions for exercising pre-emptive lease rights for livestock (article 6 of the original text); leasing procedure issues in article 10. This amending Regulation also replaces the Annexes 1, 2 and 3, which are part of this publication. These Annexes contain the lists of calculation coefficients for domestic animals in conditional heads; list of conditions for calculation of agricultural land size in relation the herd number; table of agricultural nutrition cultures divided per different type of domestic animals.
