Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on emission limit values of pollutants in water and deadlines for achieving them (Official Gazette 67/2011).
Changes (completely new article 19) are regarding the provisions defining the duties, responsibilities and obligations of all legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals that have facilities for waste water and/or that discharge their waste water into recipients or inside the public sewerage system.
