Regulation amending the Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of primary production of plant crops.

This Regulation amends some parts of the Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of primary production of plant crops (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 48/2018).
Changes are related to the item 6 of the article 3 (list of investments in procurement of new machines and equipment); in article 6, paragraph 3, item 2 is deleted; the incentive amount in article 7, item 2 is also modified (right to incentives equal to or greater than 100,000 dinars is now modified to 65,000 dinars).
This Regulation further amends the contents of the Annex (new List of acceptable investments in the physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machines and equipment for the improvement of primary production of plant crops).
