Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions and rules provided by the Regulation on IPARD incentives for investments in physical property related to the processing and marketing of agricultural products and fishery products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 84/2017).
Major changes are related to the general terms, definitions and classification of subjects suitable for the grant of incentives that are object if the original text (articles 2 and 3); rules regarding the small, medium and large business entities and their minimum requirements for incentives; other procedural issues.
