Abstract
This Regulation here amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on IPARD incentives for investments in physical property related to the processing and marketing of agricultural products and fishery products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 84/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 23/2018, 98/2018, 82/2019, 74/2021 and 10/2022). Changes are regarding the contents of article 9 (percentage of incentives that is applied), new article 30a (related to indexation of the approved value of eligible costs and determination of the final amount of IPARD incentives). This text further replaces the previous Annex 1 with a new one which is part of this publication.
