Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions contained in the Regulation on the keeping of lists of approved substances, the list of banned substances and lists of plant protection products on the basis of the decisions on the registration of plant protection products (Official Gazette 92/2011).
Important amendments are related to changes made to the List of active substances or basic substances which approval at EU level has not yet been discussed, but that can be put into circulation on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; and Annexes containing the additional Lists.

Entry into force notes
