Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the quality control of medicinal products and medical devices (Official Gazette 64/2011).
Major changes are related to the introduction of the terms indicating the OMCL (Official Medicines Control Laboratories); specific rules regarding the laboratory tests; necessary certification issues (updated); and other minor/specific administrative rules and provisions.
