Regulation amending the Regulation on the use of incentives for organic livestock production.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the use of incentives for organic livestock production (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 83/2024). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 5 (general conditions for obtaining incentives), article 6 (updated issues for eligible incentive users-here for milk production), 12 (submission request procedure for exercising the right to incentives for organic livestock production-cancelled terms from point (5) for meat, milk and fattening cattle) and 14 (application details and criteria on quantity and selected fattening cattle).
