Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary procedure for the purpose of activating the bank guarantee referred to in the Serbian Law on Tobacco, which serves as security payment of obligations based on public revenues and ancillary taxes of economic entities registered in the Register of Wholesalers of Tobacco Products, maintained by the Tobacco Administration as an administrative body within the Ministry of Finance. This text also specifies the manner for use of such funds obtained by activated bank guarantee.
