Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct clinical test (trials) and related research procedures regarding the medicinal products exclusively used in veterinary medicine.
This Regulation further determines procedures and content of the documentation for the approval of clinical trials of such veterinary medicines.
The rules here stipulated shall not apply to non-interventional post-marketing clinical trials/tests of veterinary medicines.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
