Regulation on conditions and criteria for allocation and use of funds for financing of works for the protection, use and arrangement of agricultural land.

This Regulation determines the conditions and criteria for the allocation and use of funds provided by the budget of the Republic of Serbia, for financing the implementation of investments and other works that are designated for the purpose of the protection, use and arrangement of agricultural land.
Possible users of such funds for financing the execution of works on the protection, use and arrangement of agricultural land are listed as follows: individual farmers and other natural persons; agricultural holdings with legal entity status; agricultural and other cooperatives.
List of priority users and references is provided in article 5 (including irrigation equipment and technology; less favored areas).
