Regulation on conditions and manner of carrying out the sampling of consignments on importation, the method of announcing of the arrival of the shipment, the form and content of the application for inspection of the consignment and the conditions which the importer must provide for the performance of phytosanitary inspection, as well as the mode of delivery of samples, and on handling of confiscated shipment.

Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary conditions and manner of inspection and sampling of consignments during the importation, the form and content of the request for inspection, the conditions which the importer must provide in order to perform the mandatory phytosanitary inspection, as well as methods for delivery of samples, the number and size of samples for examination and way of dealing with seized/ confiscated shipments (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia).
