Abstract
This Regulation determines the educational and professional among other material-technical requirements that legal entities must meet in order to issue authorizations for organizing and conducting official training for special professional examinations for the preparation of disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan. Articles 2, 3 and 4 are providing rules on material-technical conditions to be fulfilled.
This text further sets out the method of preparation and the content of the training plan and programme (see Annex 1 and 2 of this publication).
