Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions for animal welfare to be met in terms of kennel space for animals, premises and equipment, content and manner of keeping the records, duties and responsibilities of owners and other legal or natural persons, training program issues, including the complete rules determining the professional degree necessary to work with animals in specific facilities.
This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions for animal welfare to be met in terms of kennel space for animals, premises and equipment, content and manner of keeping the records, duties and responsibilities of owners and other legal or natural persons, training program issues, including the complete rules determining the professional degree necessary to work with animals in specific facilities.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to facilities that hold less than two females of the same species for the purposes of breeding for sale.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
