Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements for the protection of the animal welfare in terms of room, hygiene standards and procedures, facilities and equipment used by shelters for abandoned animals, and pet pensions.
This Regulation further provides for the: correct manner for the treatment of animals in these facilities, training program for the animal welfare, contents and manner of keeping records, manner and requirements for collecting of lost animals, as well as the mode of transportation and disposal of abandoned and lost animals.
