Abstract
This Regulation prescribe all specific conditions that, in terms of regulations on occupational safety, should be met by all legal entities engaged in mining related activities on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including authorized inspectors and inspection commissions that have legal obligations also here defined, regarding the following: 1) documentation techniques with an attachment on safety at work; 2) tools for work on mechanical drive; 3) tools approved for a specific type of work/activity; 4) electrical and lightning protection, fluids and anti-explosion protection; 5) business premises and workplaces where the work process has chemical, physical and biological hazards and/or potential risks; 6) quality of lighting in working areas and workplaces; 7) microclimate in working and auxiliary facilities that provide services in the process of working or movement of workers at/for work; 8) hazardous substances; 9) devices and equipment for personal protection; 10) breathing apparatus for protection of respiratory organs; 11) training of workers for safe operation and general security issues during mining activities.
