Regulation on conditions for developing agricultural land reclamation projects.

This Regulation determines the conditions that a business company, i.e. an enterprise or other legal entity must meet to prepare a project for the reclamation of agricultural land. Reclamation of agricultural land is a system of technical, agrotechnical and biological measures, i.e. procedures and works on agricultural land with the aim of bringing it to its appropriate purpose, i.e. enabling it for agricultural production, and which has been used for a certain time or is intended to be used for non-agricultural purposes. The design organization has to meet specific requirements listed in article 3. Mandatory technical conditions and equipment for performing field work are defined in articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
