Regulation on conditions for drafting projects aimed to improve the quality of arable agricultural land.

Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the Serbian Law on agricultural land, prescribes the detailed technical-technological, educational, organizational, administrative and professional conditions and requirements to be met by all companies, ie enterprises or other legal entities, as regard the procedure of the research, drafting and development of projects which scope is identified as improvement of the quality of arable agricultural land or soil.
The project for improving the quality of arable agricultural land is a document prepared for the purpose of improving the quality of arable agricultural land and includes: (1) general climatic characteristics of the area for improving the quality of arable agricultural land with analysis of data related to: humidity and air temperature, precipitation, cloudiness, sunshine, wind regime, etc., expressed as average monthly values of climatic parameters for a representative monitoring period, in in accordance with the requirements of the project solution; (2) general pedological characteristics of the area for improving the quality of arable agricultural land: type of land; description of internal and external soil morphology; number and description of individual horizons and soil layers, with their names, markings and depths; (3) general hydrographic characteristics of the area for improving the quality of arable agricultural land; (4) the state of agricultural production with data analysis and description of activities performed on arable agricultural land; (5) documentation on owners and users of agricultural land (transcripts of real estate sheets, ie possession sheets or land registry entries and copies of the cadastral plan); (6) project solution for improving the quality of arable agricultural land, which is carried out by technical landscaping, hydrotechnical and agrotechnical works, the selection and scope of which is decided on the basis of: reconnaissance of the terrain; field examination of soil (sounding of soil, ie opening of pedological profiles, description of external and internal morphology of pedological profiles, soil sampling); laboratory testing of soil by selected testing methods and soil classifications; identified causes and factors that lead to change, ie reduction of land quality, as well as the need to improve land quality; (7) deadlines for performing individual phases of works; (8) charges/rates for estimated works.
