Regulation on the conditions that a legal entity must meet in order to perform land monitoring activities, as well as the documentation that is submitted with the request for obtaining authorization for land monitoring.

Abstract
This Regulation determines all conditions that a legal entity must meet in order to perform land monitoring activities and tasks on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and further defines the necessary documentation that has to be submitted among the request for obtaining the official land monitoring authorization.
Legal entity that has interes to perform land monitoring must have an accreditation act issued by the Serbian Accreditation Body, in accordance with the standard SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 with the appropriate scope of accreditation for soil sampling and laboratory testing of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters in the land, also in accordance with the national Law on soil protection.
In order to perform monitoring activities related to sampling and laboratory testing of land samples, a legal entity must have an internal employment asses as defined in article 3; in order to perform monitoring activities related to sampling and laboratory testing of soil samples, a legal entity must have adequate space according to the principles of good laboratory practice (article 5). Article 6 lists the documentation that has to be delivered among requests for obtaining the land monitoring authorization.
