Abstract
This Regulation here determines the persons who exercise the right to IPARD incentives, the amount of incentives, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure for implementing the IPARD programme for the technical assistance measure, within the IPARD III programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2021-2027. The technical assistance measure is an IPARD measure that provides support to the IPARD III programme through the provision of expert assistance and support for costs arising in connection with the preparation and amendment of the IPARD III programme, its implementation, monitoring, reporting, evaluation, promotion and coordination.
