Regulation on conditions that must be met by public warehouses in terms of storage space for receipt, storage and delivery of agricultural products, equipment and other.

This Regulation, as for the purposes established by the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, here determines necessary conditions that must be met by all public warehouses in terms of storage space for receiving, keeping and delivering of related agricultural products, including issues on equipment used for measuring the quantity and determining the quality of agricultural products which are kept. This text further sets out rules regarding the value of fixed assets not encumbered by mortgages or other liens, classified depending on the types of agricultural products subject to storage, as well as issues on indicators of financial operations. All these measure are meant and shall apply to the following types of agricultural products: wheat, durum wheat, beer barley, fodder barley, maize, soybean, sunflower and oilseed rape (grain crops), as well as raspberries, blackberries and cherries (fruit varieties).
