This Regulation defines the necessary conditions (such as technical and technological, equipment, organizational and personnel qualifications/educational) to be fulfilled when requesting the official state license for carrying out activities related to the extraction of minerals in river deposits.
This Regulation further sets the rules regarding the management and maintenance of related register of obtained and revoked licenses.
