Regulation on the conditions in terms of technical-technological equipment and organizational and staff capacity when performing tasks in the field of water management, as well as on the method of keeping records on issued and revoked licenses.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions in terms of technical-technological equipment and organization and human resources capacity of public companies or other legal entities for the performance of drinking water supply (public water supply, collection, sanitation and waste water system of public sewerage, flood protection and other forms of protection from the harmful effects of water), and taking care of the functioning of the water facilities and systems, also defining the issues regarding the maintenance and protection facilities and related equipment, drainage and irrigation, construction and emergency repair related works; and records on issued and revoked licenses.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
