Abstract
This Regulation sets out the conditions for tobacco processing in relation to its handling and storage, equipment and laboratories for analysis and quality determination of processed tobacco.
This text provides rules and indications in terms of sanitary and hygienic conditions, related to the location of the facility, its environment, construction, decoration, water supply, sewage, removal of solid waste, that all subject shall respect as prescribed by national regulations governing the health of general-purpose items, sanitary supervision and general sanitary conditions to be met by the facilities subject to sanitary control. Detailed rules for tobacco processors are in articles 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. In article 8 laboratory or related test issues are listed.
