Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and form of the request for issuance of water Acts, namely: water conditions, water approvals and water permits, as well as the contents of the opinion related to the public water management company and the organization in charge of hydro-meteorological affairs.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
