Abstract
This Regulation determines several contents and administrative forms that are part of the documents necessary when requesting specific water acts and related permits.
Some of the contents here listed are defined as mandatory opinions or reports issued by state bodies responsible for hydro-meteorological affairs (also responsible for the implementation of state water quality monitoring issues), as well as other detailed reports and studies on hydrologic situation issued by public water holders in the process of water permit issuance.
