Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary content and manner for the correct keeping of the State Cadastre of water facilities present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Cadastre shall enroll various facilities and/or water object/constructions such as: control buildings, dams with reservoirs, dykes, channels, any other object in the watercourse, pumping stations, water intake sites, treatment plants for drinking water, trunk pipelines, reservoirs, ponds, buildings for navigation, treatment plants/wastewater sites/facilities, drainage and monitoring buildings.
