Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the cadastre of contaminated sites, type, content, forms, manner and deadlines for data submission.

This Regulation provides for detailed contents and manner of keeping the national Cadastre of Contaminated Sites, as well as the type, content, forms, manner and deadlines for submission of the necessary data. This cadastre shall be managed by the Serbian Environmental Protection Agency, and it will be held in electronic format.
Contaminated sites are endangered, polluted and degraded lands and land parcels or sites where the presence of pollutants, harmful and dangerous substances caused by human activity has been confirmed, in concentrations above remediation values, in accordance with current regulations on limit values of polluting, harmful and hazardous substances in the soil.
