Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the Register of Public Warehouses.

This Regulation, as for the purposes established by the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, prescribes the necessary contents and determines the manner for keeping and managing of the unified national Register of Public Warehouses (engaged in the storage of agricultural products). This particular register shall be kept by the ministry in charge of agriculture, and its mandatory contents are laid down in article 2 of this text. Each public warehouse has an assigned registration number upon entry in the Register; this registration number may not be assigned to another public warehouse in the event of cessation of activities of that particular warehouse. All public warehouses are obliged to report any change of data to the ministry within five days from the day of related change.
