Regulation on the content and method of keeping records of producers and processors of tobacco.

This Regulation prescribes the content and method of keeping records by producers, processors and manufactures of tobacco. A tobacco producer, who is registered in the Register of Tobacco Producers at the Tobacco Administration as an administrative body within the Ministry of Finance, keeps records related to tobacco production that contain data as specified in article 2. Records related to tobacco processing shall be kept and stored as indicated in article 3. This text also contains all indicted data collection forms that are attached in the Annex.
